Cold Steel, Port Talbot

I have always had a strong affinity with Port Talbot and the surrounding area. My Father is from the Sandfields estate, so we spent a lot of time exploring the surrounding dunes and beaches when I was growing up. I began trying to get this vivid mental image of the place back in 2005, with various levels of success and some very interesting encounters in the process. ‘Cold Steel’ came together before the sun rose with this very cold, dark and moody image of the Steel Works all lit up at first light.
